Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook with your order details and the reason for exchange.

Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition

Exchange depends on size and item availability.

Items that are damaged, used, washed, cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item reaches us via the courier.

Delivery fees for exchange or refund may vary depending on your location.
